Finance Lease - A tax efficient, fixed term
funding facility. At the end of the term the customer can either carry on using
the asset for an annual peppercorn rental or sell the asset as an agent and
retain the majority of the sale proceeds.
Lease Purchase / Hire Purchase - A flexible and
cost effective alternative to a bank loan. At the end of the funding term a
nominal option to purchase payment transfers ownership to the customer.
Operating Lease - Offers the lowest pre-tax
rentals of any finance scheme. The facility is off balance sheet and at the end
of the funding term the customer can return the assets or enter an extension
period.
Sale and Lease Back - Enables cash to be released
as the full purchase price of a recently acquired asset can be financed within
a lease facility
Refinance Facilities - Enables up to 80 % of the
value of an existing asset to be released within a lease facility
